I've been there 9 o'clock morning. No cues. I ordered 上 set and aadded Kohada. These are good taste, satisfied with their works. I was bit nervous to get a small sushi place, none rounding/chain restaurant alone. But they're very friendly and cozy. Really enjoyed that time.

I usually frequent tsukiji and was bored of my usual places. I was lurking outside checking out the menu when the chef greeted me. The chef was kind and welcoming even though i couldn’t speak Japanese. I was the only customer at the time. I took the ¥2,500 set which is the 10 piece omakase set where the chef chose what you eat. The fish were really good quality, soft, and sweet. The tamagoyaki has a balanced sweetness to it. I think this place is a much better choice compared to to everything else that is in the market. For ¥2500 you get really good selection and quality service. I would like to come back and would recommend this place to friends and family.

If at the fish market, go here for lunch to sit down in A/C and enjoy some amazing sushi that is a decent price and off the main street with the restaurants that have more “touristy” food and prices. We got to watch the sushi chef prepare our rice bowl and sushi. The shining fish with ginger (part of the Lunch Sushi) is absolutely amazing. All the fish is perfectly cut and melts in your mouth.

This is a tiny restaurant that offers fresh fish in different dishes. I had a rice bowl with seafood and a set of nigiris. Everything was absolutely delicious and masterly prepared. There are very few life pleasures that compare to watching a sushi master preparing your meal. I can’t wait to come back to this place.

Koromo Sushi is one of my go to when I am in Tokyo. The sushi is prepared in front of you and made to order. Some of the freshes fish I’ve ever had when I visit Tokyo came from here. I went here in 2024 and again in 2026. They also offer an english Menu. I recommend getting the special set and a 12 pc set!
