Stumble upon this restaurant after coming out of Tsujiki Market. The sashimi is pristine, and the rice hits that sweet spot—expertly seasoned and held together without being overly sticky. A quiet and comfortable place.

Great sushi and service. Taste is one of the Best in the town! I really recomend it, we’ve visited it 4 times during our time in Tokyo.

This was actually such an incredible experience! From the very moment I set foot though the door I had the very best time. The service was 10/10, with each person making me feel comfortable and constantly checking in to make sure I didn’t have any questions. Even though I don’t speak Japanese, they had English menus available and one of the waiters wrote on google translate some advice about which dishes to choose and how it is best to eat them. In terms of food, I ordered the bowl (which I could see being prepared in front of me by amazing chefs!) and it came in an instant. It was a mix of fish served on vinegar rice. It was very affordable compared to nearby restaurants and given the quality, SO SO WORTH IT. I could tell the produce was fresh and almost melted in my mouth. Honestly, I am so surprised there is not a long cue out of this restaurant door as this beats all other places I’ve eaten in Japan so far. I recommend 1000% ☺️☺️

Normally, I don’t eat raw sushi, but the sushi here was excellent and completely changed my opinion. Everything was fresh and delicious. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. Even though I couldn’t use chopsticks and had to eat with my hands, they didn’t make me feel uncomfortable at all. Overall, it was a wonderful experience, and I’d definitely recommend this place.
