Tsukiji Itadori Uogashi Senryo
本まぐろ専門店 うに虎 is a specialty restaurant in Tsukiji where you can enjoy sushi centered on bluefin tuna. Bluefin tuna raised in the clear waters off Takashima is carefully hand-pressed one piece at a time by skilled chefs, letting you fully savor the rich flavor of tuna, from akami to chutoro and otoro. Recommended for breakfast or lunch while sightseeing in Tsukiji, and for overseas guests who want to enjoy sushi casually. Counter and table seating are available, and we accept cash, credit cards, and code payments.

I absolutely loved this place. The ingredients are excellent, and the sushi is prepared right in front of you, with several different versions and combinations available, including caviar as a topping. Each piece is carefully made and beautifully presented. Everything was delicious and perfectly prepared. Definitely one of my favorite spots in Tsukiji.
View on GoogleAbsolutely unreal experience. The uni here is on another level — incredibly fresh, rich, buttery, and it literally melts the second it hits your mouth. I’ve had uni in a lot of places, and this was honestly one of the best bowls I’ve ever had in my life. The combination of the creamy uni, silky toro, fresh egg yolk, and perfectly seasoned rice was insane. Every bite felt luxurious. You can tell they truly care about quality and balance in every ingredient. If you’re a uni lover, this place is mandatory. I’m already thinking about coming back for another bowl tomorrow. Japan food at its absolute peak. 🍣🔥
View on GoogleThis is a fantastic sea urchin place. You have to be there as early as you can in the morning to have a taste of MOST fresh urchin in the WOLRD! The price isn't that cheap but worthy for a try during your stay in Tokyo.
View on GoogleThis place is a must for the hitsumabushi toku-Mori (Toku-Mori means extra sea urchin for this dish). This dish is eaten in 3 ways… the last in dashi. Pricey but this is a must eat. Flavours complex, rich and you get a true taste of Japanese seafood. Breakfast recommended. My top recommendation for Tsukiji outer market.
View on GoogleCame to Tsukiji Outer Market to try this restaurant. The price is slightly higher compared to the neighbouring restaurants. The restaurant offers comfortable, air conditioned and spacious dining. However, the food was disappointing. We ordered a sushi set and a kaisendon. The sushi was pre-prepared, by the time the plate was served, the seaweed already soggy and not crunchy (see picture). The ikura is small and not fresh (see picture when compared to a grain of rice). The fish on the sushi is not fresh, the fatty tuna already discoloured. When you touch the surface of the sashimi, its already dry. It is obvious it has been exposed for a while, not freshly prepared.
