Absolutely loved the daifuku here. Tried both the Chocolate and Strawberry flavors. Overall, both were really well-balanced. Wasn't a huge fan of the strawberry on top, but the mochi and filling underneath were amazing. Personally preferred the Strawberry one. Friendly staff, reasonable prices, and perfect for takeout. Only waited a few minutes to order, so the whole experience was quick and easy. Really wish I'd gone back to try the rest of the flavors!
View on GoogleA food stand with all kind of strawberries and strawberry products. It's also the place where I tried white strawberries for the first time. And they were amazing! Now I'm completely hooked up. If you want to bring home some interesting souvenir, this might be a place for that. There are handmade boxes with sweets that you won't find at other places.
View on GoogleWe stopped here during our visit to the fish market and tried the strawberry mochi. The area is extremely crowded, so it’s more of a quick stop rather than a place to linger. There’s also a wide variety of other treats and ice cream flavors to choose from. The mochi was good—pretty much what you’d expect compared to other places—but still definitely worth trying if you’re in the area.
View on GoogleTsukiji Iroha was so cute! I enjoyed the candied strawberries. I tried the strawberry daifuku, but I didn't enjoy it. The texture was different for me. I recommend bringing cash to the market for convenience. This shop is in a crowded area, so prepare to be around a ton of folks.
View on GoogleStrawberry daifuku! A classic. Literally walked wondering the streets of Tsukiji outer market and stumbled on this stall. Straightforward daifukus with different flavors, had to get their best selling. Simple, good, am paid 500 yen. Quick yummy sweet treat!
