We came at 11:30am on a Tuesday, there were no customers. We got the cod burger which was the most popular. The wait time was around 15 minutes as they make it fresh. Only 4 small stools to sit on and no tables, so it’s quite squeezy. The burger was good like the veggies inside had a really unique taste, and the fish tasted good too. The bun could be softer.

A buddy of mine recommended this place so I finally got around to trying it out. It’s a small stall that serves a handful of fish sandwiches. I went with the saba which was what the person there suggested, and it was delightful. It was marinated and lightly fried, and topped with cheese, veggies, and sauce. It was delicious and I look forward to trying some of their other offerings. Service was fast and friendly. Go support this place.

Tucked into a little alley in the middle of the bustling Tsukiji Market. We got the cod burger and homemade ginger ale. The cod burger was deliciously light and with just enough sauce while the homemade ginger ale was incredible. A very nice find!

What a lovely experience eating here was. We absolutely enjoyed every second we spent here. The location was hidden away from the main crowd so we were able to sit down and eat peacefully. We both ordered the scallop burger with fries. Just wow. The food was so tasty and rich in flavor. Honestly was very tempting to order another burger for myself despite eating multiple entrees in the market prior. We spoke with the owner and the cook. They were beyond kind. A business like this deserves to prosper for a really long time. We are absolutely coming back here again on our next trip to Japan.
