The non-Japanese male staff at Trattorio Mezzanino was extremely rude, making it the worst customer service experience I’ve had in Japan. Our food arrived very late and, unfortunately, it didn’t taste good. If you’re a tourist, I strongly recommend avoiding this restaurant. This happened on March 13, around 2 pm.
View on GoogleA really nice and calm place to eat and have a great time, we loved the dishes and desserts.

View on GoogleExcellent Italian food. The servers went above and beyond and served us very last minute.
View on GoogleWe went just for drinks. There are high top tables in the bar area but no actual bar to sit at. Drinks were good, no pressure to order food
