Had lunch in this hidden restaurant in a narrow alley. The place is small but you can feel as if you're eating in a traditional Japanese house. Food menu comprises some fried vegetables/seafood dishes with rice and a miso bowl containing mussels. As a drink a lovely old lady serves you homemade green tea.

Great tempura. It is only a tempura restaurant in Tsukiji outer market. If you sit at the tempura counter, you will be served tempura directly from the frying pan. Piece be piece. The tempura in this restaurant will be eaten with salt. There are 4 kinds of salts available. Finishing tempura course with eel tempura tendon which is so delicious. All together is only 2000 yen. Quite low price. Nice and attentive service.

The tempura at this place is quite perfect, especially the vegetable tempura. It is made fast and delicious. It is a very small place and we arrived at 9am so there was no line. I imagine it could get a large queue later. We were required to get one bowl per person, which was a bit annoying as we had a 7 year old and she was required to get a bowl for herself. Not that big of a deal, but it would be nice to not have to get an extra bowl.

Delicious tempura! Very small dining area. Friendly host lady. Delicious food. Note, all customers must order a set meal. Expect waiting lines during main dining times.
