They have great tempura options, but are probably better known for their FREE 60 minute all-you-can-drink shochu deal. If you are strong enough you can drink it straight, but most will buy the additional mixers to add to the shochu faucet that is mounted on each table. A very fun start to the night.
View on GoogleAwesome hidden gem near Ginza. This place serves tempura and other izakaya. We opted for assorted tempura and vegetable platters. It was so good that we had to order a lot more. They also have seasonal food dishes as well.
View on GoogleI am vegetarian and thought this place would be good for an evening beer and late dinner (9pm) because it had a vegetable tempura mix on the menu, I figured that and the potato salad would be a safe bet. It was delicious but there were a couple of instances of surprise meat in the tempura. The mushroom tempura came wrapped in bacon and there was a thin slice of some kind of meat draped over the eggplant tempura. The service was extremely fast -- you order from an app at your table and they deliver the drinks and food very quickly.
View on GoogleWe saw that the place was super popular for locals ( almost no free places left ) but for foreigner, especially if you just arrived to Japan not the best choice. First goes language barrior, then the food would be too differrent from what you expected and too much fried
View on GoogleGood spot for a variety of bar food. I would skip the sashimi. The free flow sochu is fun. Its pretty crowded, expect service to be slow...
