Went here for the salmon sushi and cucumber making. First time see the cucumber cut until so thin stripes. But its nice. As a tourist, first time trying sushi in Tokyo here. Quite good experience. Its on the more expensive side I think.

View on GoogleNice sushi restaurant. Not expensive that much.
View on GoogleWe had several kinds of snacks (besides those pictured, seafood chawanmushi and hotate no isobeyaki too), and 7〜8 pieces of nigiri. It was my first time eating hoya, but apparently this size and freshness are pretty rare. The distinctive aroma after swallowing certainly seems like something people would either love or hate, but I love it! The nigiri have smaller portions of rice, so you can keep popping them into your mouth. The marinated akami was silky and sticky, and the anago was sooo fluffy! Everything fell apart in my mouth instantly and was absolutely delicious! Being able to drop in casually and eat something this good is just too great.
View on GoogleI often come here after a night out in Ginza. The sushi chef indulges my requests, and this time served me me-negi as a snack!! I absolutely love this me-negi, so I'm grateful they went along with my unreasonable request! It's easy to come in alone, and they're happy to listen to all sorts of things!
