A real gem - great food, great service, great ambience! Had the Omakase Menu A and the experience was awesome. Each dish had great harmony with the seasoning/sauce. The chefs took time to explain every dish and genuinely engaged with us. Their sushi menu book is really cute and such a nice touch! Because this place is located at the CBD, their busiest days are weekdays, making it a great dinner location on weekends if you are in the area.
View on GoogleA very lovely omakase course, from an incredibly friendly sushi chef and team. I walked in on my own, without a reservation, and they were pleased to have me (not always the case for omakase around Tokyo). They don’t have much printed in English, but don’t be intimidated, just ask - they are eager to help. I’m a seasoned sushi lover, and there were a few new things served to me. Every bite was perfect. The tuna marinated in their 20-year old “secret sauce” was heavenly. (I know that description might raise some eyebrows, but trust me!)
View on GoogleWe arrived with no reservation and the hospitality and friendliness of the team was great. We took the 16 piece course and all was delicious. The different varieties of tuna were amazing. Definitely recommend for a great omakase experience.
View on GoogleI cannot emphasize how much I fell in love with this place. The staff was nothing short of amazing. Although there was a language barrier, they made a great effort to accommodate us and treat us with kindness. A highlight of my trip for sure. I’ll let the photos speak for themselves. Everything was fresh and outstandingly delicious.
View on GoogleWe were pleasantly surprised by the daily donburis of the day. The mixed seafood donburi was super fresh and tasty while the all-tuna one (covered in sesame sauce) was unique and even more tasty. It was so good that when I ordered a second bowl, the chefs and nearby patrons chuckled in surprise. We walked in a little after 12nn without any reservations and got 2 seats quickly.
