This place is the heart of the mystery of Shoyu. It exhibits a variety of soy sauces together with holders. I like the faceless soy sauce holder featuring the famous anime movie Spirited Away, made by Hayao Miyazaki, the legendary giant of Japanese Animation.

Soy sauce is lined up in the show window, but it doesn't really function as a museum. When you go in, there's a meeting space that makes use of wooden barrels. That's kind of cool. 2026: there's a panel exhibition of microscope photo art called Micro Art.
