松富Ramen Matsutomi
Counter-seat shop tucked down a back alley, offering clam ramen & dan dan noodles, plus dumplings.
Gyoza, Shumai, and two-stage Dandan noodles are our top recommendations. Clam ramen, which is limited to 20 servings a day, is also popular. After 6 PM, we also have a night drink set, so you can use it like an izakaya. Our strength is the low price that is unique in Ginza. We have been operating for over 20 years since opening in a maze-like back alley in Ginza. Ginza customers know what is truly delicious, and I feel that we have been raised by such customers. I am seriously thinking about becoming a long-established shop that will last for 100 years, and even after closing, I go to Toyosu every day to maintain the freshness and size of the clams, and we make gyoza etc. by hand earnestly in the shop. We are waiting for your visit...

Ended in this simple restaurant randomly because there was a long waiting time for the originally planned one. It was a good surprise. Ramen was good with a thick and juicy slice of charsiu. The gyōzas were also a good choice (mushrooms and shrimp were mixed with the usual meat). They are not like generic ones. The small staff was nice and price is low for this area. Most of the customers are locals.
View on GoogleDandan noodles (noodles in sesame & red pepper soup) and Miso noodles are famous here. If you’d like some light ramen, clam noodles are good. Delicious with seaweeds and butter.
View on GoogleWe were following directions from Google to a highly rated ramen place near by, the queue was huge, so we tried this place instead and very glad we did. Just good authentic tasty ramen. We could barely finish it there was so much. It's the best ramen I've had so far during this trip. Highly recommend.
View on GoogleA place I went to to relieve my exhaustion from drinking at dawn. Here it as a Chinese (Taiwanese) Japanese ramen place. I like spicy food, so I ordered tantanmen. It wasn't anything special. I also ordered the dumplings because they were said to be delicious, but they were just okay. It might be because I prefer Japanese dumplings over Chinese dumplings. My friend who went with me ordered clam ramen, but she said it was very rich.
View on GoogleFriendly staff and super delicious shumai! The clam ramen and Niku ramen was yummy! English menu available too.
