We had an absolutely unforgettable evening at the ramen and sushi cooking class with Sato and Amy! From the very first moment, they made us feel not like guests, but like friends welcomed into their home. Their warmth, patience, kindness, and passion for Japanese culture created such a special atmosphere. The class itself was fantastic — everything was explained clearly, hands-on, and with so much care. We learned how to make delicious ramen and sushi, but this experience became so much more than just cooking. It was about sharing stories, laughter, traditions, and genuine human connection. One of the most beautiful parts of the evening was meeting the wonderful people during dinner. We met such amazing, open-hearted, interesting people from different places, and sharing the meal together made the experience feel truly magical and unforgettable. It felt like one big family around the table. Sato and Amy created something very special — not just a cooking class, but a memory we will carry with us from Japan forever. We had the most amazing time at our sushi and ramen cooking class!! Everyone on the team eas extremely warm, welcoming and super knowledgeable. They were also happy to answer any questions that we had about the Japanese food and culture. Also, this was the best ramen I have ever had!! They send you home with the recipe and we are so excited to try it when we get back. I highly recommend this cooking class!

This class was so much fun! My wife and I booked this as part of our anniversary and birthdays trip and it was absolutely worth it! The staff was very friendly and helpful, we learned a lot about the history of how sushi was first invented, and we got practical, hands on experience making the sushi and ramen. The food was delicious! If you're looking for a fun, hands on experience on your next trip to Tokyo, I highly recommend taking this class!

Tomoko and Issa were excellent sensei (teachers)! They were informative, fun and kind. It was an amazing experience. Very worth it. It was fun to learn about the history of sushi. I got to cut my boiled egg with a $6k knife!
