Is a special place in Nihonbashi, Chuo-ku, Tokyo, that you can enjoy as a cafe by day and a bar by night. The shop name 「ぺしゃわーる」 comes from 「Peshawar」, a provincial capital in Pakistan along the Silk Road with many pomegranate trees, and was named by the author Yasushi Inoue as an oasis-like place that soothes travelers' fatigue. We welcome guests as a comfortable cafe during the day and a sophisticated bar at night. At the cafe, we serve the popular Mont Blanc from Obusedo in Nagano, and paired with hand-drip coffee it's superb. The demitasse coffee brewed with a cloth filter offers a deep flavor, and soaked overnight…

Open until 23:30, a handy spot where you can enjoy both coffee and drinks. Perfect for a night cafe or just a quick drink. What shocked me was the Mont Blanc. The moment I took a bite, it was the "Wait, this is way too good…" level. The sweetness is perfectly balanced, not heavy yet really satisfying. The kind of quality that makes you want to come back just to eat it again. Before I knew it, all the customers around me were ordering cake too, which made sense. It makes you want to order it. The peanut caramel they served as a snack was delicious too, and when I asked "Where is this sold?", they told me in a friendly way, which was lovely. It's great that they're open late, and it's comfortable too ◎ Recommended for relaxed grown-up time.

The lunch menu comes with a drink too, so it's a good deal. Since it's underground, you can spend quiet time away from the hustle and bustle above ground. The furnishings are lovely, the coffee cups are lovely, and you can see Yasushi Inoue's manuscripts and Ikuo Hirayama's works up close. A luxurious space just for adults.

From the Yaesu exit of Tokyo Station toward Nihonbashi Takashimaya A coffee shop on B1 of a building on Sakura-dori Seems to become a Bar at night I imagined a slightly roomier, chain-store-like atmosphere, but it's more like an old-fashioned kissaten The atmosphere isn't bad, but the food didn't leave much of an impression and felt ordinary

I dropped in during the awkward time between cafe and bar hours. Without thinking much, I ordered the Mont Blanc since they still had it (of course it's delicious) More than that, I was moved by the warmth of the owner (probably), call it thoughtfulness or consideration. Maybe it was because it was a quiet time, but the non-chain-store treatment warmed my heart. After reading other people's comments, I'm posting this thinking: next time, anmitsu!
