Since the main store in Nihonbashi is close by, I assumed they opened here because the main store would eventually have to move out due to redevelopment, but apparently that's not the case. The tsuke curry soba has its reliably consistent taste. That said, being this close to the main store, the main store has more atmosphere, so I can't help thinking it's better to just go there.

I planned to have lunch at TORFOM Yaesu and was looking around the restaurant floor, but since it was around 2 o'clock many shops were closed, so I decided on this one and got in line. Waited about 15 minutes before getting in. It's a soba shop, but ordering was done by scanning with a smartphone. As an opening special, there was a weekday-only lunch set of kurobuta (black pork) curry rice bowl and seiro soba, so I ordered that and a bottled beer. First I poured the chilled beer into an ice-cold glass and took a big gulp, delicious. After that, I had the firm soba with the bonito-dashi-rich dipping broth, and it was delicious. It also came with the curry bowl, so I got really full.
