Nice comfortable environment

Stopped by briefly after hearing that 鯖しゃぶ can be ordered from just one serving. I was surprised by how black the 鯖しゃぶ broth was! Unlimited refills of onions and bean sprouts. The mackerel is definitely fresh! I'd like to come with a big group sometime and try various things. 島根 is great.

It's rare to get to enjoy the flavors of 島根. I'd been curious for ages and had decided I would definitely have 割子そば when I went. But I ended up ordering something else。。 I chose something called シマメ丼, said to offer a taste of 隠岐の島, where I've never been. It's a hearty fisherman's-style meal of rice topped with crumbled nori, squid marinated in soy sauce, and a raw egg. It was delicious. Next time I'll definitely go for 割子そば.

日本橋. There are 2 locations nearby. You can enjoy delicious food from 島根県. 鯖のしゃぶしゃぶ…so this is how you eat it!!…I was surprised by a flavor I'd never tasted before. Amazingly, it has a sweet-and-salty soy sauce flavor! Unlimited refills of onions and bean sprouts. They say to lift the mackerel out after about 3 seconds. The sashimi was indeed fresh and delicious. Although I was in 東京, it felt like a trip to 島根県, and the drinks went down nicely🍶.

Visited for daytime drinks. They offer various seafood rice bowls at lunch, but of course it's fine to just have drinks. The three-item platter made with freshly delivered mackerel was delicious. There are also various other regional dishes, all of which look intriguing. I didn't stay very long, so my rating includes some expectations, but I think this is a place I can recommend.
