Fantastic little ramen place that locals come to eat for lunch and tourists, like myself, followed them to eat. We see people wearing company uniforms, suits, and even business lunches happening in this shop, so you know they’re proud of it and the food they offer. You use a vending machine to order, which can be a bit confusing without English, matching symbols was hit and miss. The food itself is very good, it’s a very tasty ramen noodle. We tried both the traditional soup style and the dip style - both were well made. I would definitely come back for another bowl in the future.
View on GoogleReally average and should’ve gone to another ramen joint. Thankfully there was no queue on Saturday lunch despite Google’s suggestion to arrive before opening time to secure seats.
View on GoogleIt is an affordable menu with good noodles, tasty Chashu pork, eggs, and quality fish balls. The soup flavor is quite average. Ordering is done through a self-service automated machine with labels in Japanese and accompanying English descriptions, and the staff is available to assist in using the automated machine. The service staff is good, and the restaurant is always crowded. Initially, the first few bites of the fish balls may seem undercooked and have something inside, but as you continue eating, they are delicious with a well-rounded flavor.
View on GoogleThe soup is powerful and it is great to have with sea-bream rice. Overall the shio ramen is warm and comforting
View on GoogleTheir location is a bit far from the Main Street of Ginza. I visited there 15 min before noon on Tuesday. There was no line. I went for Kogashi Miso potage 1200 JPY. It’s creamy and tasty. Highly recommend. Now standard Shio ramen is 1100 JPY and dipping ver is 1140 JPY. FYI.
