This was one of the worst ramen I ever had in Japan. The wonton is wrap with super ultra thin/non-existent meat filling. The gyoza is super oily… run don’t walk. Run away………
View on GoogleMy wife and I recently enjoyed a delightful lunch at Manpuku in Ginza. We savored their chuukasoba, a historical and flavorful ramen with a slightly sweet, shoyu-seasoned broth and springy noodles. The classic toppings, including a unique egg omelette slice, added to its charm. We also tried the cold goma ramen, perfect for summer with its nutty sesame base. The gyoza complemented our meal wonderfully. Manpuku, established in 1929, remains a beloved Tokyo institution, known for its reliable and comforting Tokyo-style shoyu ramen and a few select Chinese dishes.
View on GoogleMy friends and I saw this from @ginzalunchman on ig and thought we’d give it a try. The noodles with the chicken were so refreshing since they’re cold noodles. Its a LOT of noodles compared to the ratio of chicken. We also offsrdf the gypza which was quite thick and meaty. They only take cash!
View on GoogleOld school Ramen & Chinese food. Serving up the same taste since the Taisho era. Hiyashi soba (cold chicken noodle salad) with sesame dressing a refreshing lunch.
View on GoogleInstitutional Ginza ramen shop. Really good. The gyozas has a surprisingly chewy texture, but they are delicious
