九州じゃんがららあめん 銀座店Kyushu Jangara Ginza
Founded in 1984, this is the tonkotsu ramen shop "Kyushu Jangara". We believe in ramen made with heart and hospitality with a smile. The "Ginza branch" opened in 1991 and has been operating at the current location since 2010.

This is a must have Ramen bowl in Tokyo. We found this place as highly rated and decided to walk by, there was a huge queue but the server was very kind and said around 20 min. We were pleasantly surprised by the efficient crowd management of the staff for such a small space. They took our order in advance when we were in queue. We got the table in 20 min and they immediately served the food. This was the best Ramen bowl we had in Japan. Very different. The staff is warm and helpful and greets with a small. Very functional food joint definite not for chit chat slow meals. They have 2 Vegan friendly broth noodles. Special mention for the pickled ginger and mixed veg chutney at the table which adds to the flavour. Definitely a must visit Ramen joint.
View on GoogleArrived solo at 2:13 there was a small line. They took my order while in line. I was seated by 2:30 before groups ahead of me. Inside is small and cozy with a view of the chefs. I had the vegan ramen and added an egg. The broth was rich and was a perfect portion. The vegan protein was alright but nonetheless it was a great meal!
View on GoogleDelightful little ramen noodle restaurant on Ginza Mihara Dori street. Often a short wait to get in for dinner but that is simply a reflection of its popularity! Four or five ramen bowl choices (including vegan) and some side dishes too. Beers and soft drinks. Service is very fast (they will even take your order while you're waiting for a table). Ramen is delicious! I had the pork option and it was melt-in-the-mouth tender! Cosy tables which you might need to share at busy times. Very good value at 2000 yen for a large bowl. Toilets available just at the side of the restaurant. Takes cash and cards.
View on GoogleEver had food so good you start writing the review in your head before you even finish the meal??? After trying it two nights ago I visited Kyūshū Jangara again tonight for my last dinner in Japan, concluding my trip from New Zealand. I’m vegan and my partner is not. This place has the best ramen BOTH of us have ever had. (Vegan one pictured) The walls are pasted with gorgeous sentiments about Japanese values & personality, and the service is absolutely delightful. The ramen shop began in 1984 to generate funding for children in need, after noticing families couldn’t afford the students of their tutoring school to go on camps etc. Nothing not to love about the place, and the line is fast moving so don’t let it put you off!!!!!! Enjoy xx
View on GoogleStanding in long queues in the summer rain in Tokyo with shopping bags, this dinner turned out to be the most comforting surprise. After a long day of walking countless steps, every bite was incredibly satisfying and exactly what we needed. The vegan ramen was superb, the experience was worth the wait, and we left feeling completely content. Thank you for such a memorable meal. Highly, highly recommend this place!
