Visited around 7:30 a.m. on a weekday. Since it was morning, the shop wasn't particularly crowded. I fumbled a bit with the ticket machine but managed to buy tempura soba. I had a good impression of Komoro Soba's Kanda Kitaguchi and Kodenmacho branches, and I'd also been to the Yaesu branch that used to operate several times. However, when I had seiro at that branch, the soba wasn't properly rinsed and chilled, the overall impression was bland, and honestly I couldn't call it tasty. Since then, I naturally stopped going. This time, since the Tofrom Yaesu branch opened, I visited for the first time in a while. I'd hoped that a new shop might have improved. However, to cut to the conclusion, my impression barely changed. I had the tempura soba, but the soba just isn't good. There was no firmness or clean bite, and the overall texture was limp. The soba flavor was weak too, and I felt there was quite a big gap compared to the satisfaction I got at the Kanda Kitaguchi and Kodenmacho branches. The broth and tempura are at a normal level for a chain, but the soba, the most important part, just didn't appeal to me. Unfortunately, I don't think I'll be coming back. Thank you for the meal.
