The tsukemen was average. The broth was not thick enough for the noodles to absorb the taste. The beef Miso was better as the broth had stronger taste. Pricing wise - affordable
View on GoogleKamitoku Beefy Ramen offers an inviting and authentic ramen shop experience. The exterior features traditional Japanese lanterns with clear signage, making it easy to spot. The ambiance inside is cozy and casual, perfect for enjoying a warm bowl of ramen. The beef ramen at Kamitoku was exceptional. The broth was rich and flavorful, likely simmered for hours to achieve a depth of taste that paired beautifully with the tender slices of beef. The noodles were perfectly cooked, maintaining a nice chewiness. The toppings, including the boiled egg, green onions, bamboo shoots, and seaweed, added texture and enhanced the overall flavor profile. The seasoning was well-balanced, allowing the natural flavors of the ingredients to shine. The service was efficient and friendly. The staff were attentive and quick to serve, which is ideal for a ramen shop where quick turnaround is often expected. The prices at Kamitoku are reasonable considering the quality of the ramen. With a variety of options on the menu, there is something for everyone, and the portion sizes are generous, ensuring a satisfying meal. Kamitoku Beefy Ramen is a must-visit for ramen lovers. The combination of a welcoming atmosphere, top-notch service, and delicious ramen makes it a standout choice in Ginza. Whether you're a local or a tourist, this ramen shop offers a memorable dining experience that captures the essence of traditional Japanese ramen with a beefy twist.
View on GoogleImpressed by the unique beef bone soup base, with a bit black pepper topping which makes it taste even better! Love the spicy soup Ramen, noodles are tender (al dente). The owner is friendly and helps tourists to complete the order without hassle. Will come back again!
View on GoogleChose this for my final dinner in Tokyo because other reviews talked about the uniqueness of the soup. Was not disappointed - the beef bone broth and beef tallow layer make for a very rich, flavorful bowl of ramen, with a different kind of flavor from the typical pork bone base. Slurping the soup gave more of that rich flavor and mouthfeel. Staff was friendly and willingly helped me to change notes when my new 1000 yen notes didn’t work with the ticket machine. Service was fast and efficient. If you’re in the area, give this place a try - it’s definitely a hidden gem. Don’t be intimidated by the lack of an english menu - google translate your way through before entering and enjoy your meal!
View on GoogleEasily the best raman I've ever had. The one I had was (only) 850 Yen. I had the one with the Ground Beef Ball in it. Broth was extremely rich in flavour. Actually left me speachless. Food was ready in what felt like 3 minutes. In and out in under 25 minutes. (Would have been even faster if I had exact change and knew how to read Japanese better) Highly highly recommend!!!!!!
