Walked in.. Although better to reserve it in advance! First time trying kobe beef so the waiter educating us on the history of the beef and why it is special is appreciated. He was a Filipino, working there and spoke English & Japanese fluently and gave great service! Kobe 7th level was what we ordered and it was melting in our mouth! It still tasted meaty and not too "buttery" or the taste of "lard" (level 12). We also ordered a5 wagyu to see the difference. Overall spend was 38,000 yen. The experience to try it is worth it! Will we go again? Probably not something we'll search out for every trip to Japan. Still highly recommended!

There is only one thing we can say is ‘wow’ It was absolutely perfect!! We recommend everyone to listen Renz’s suggestions, Kobe beef, especially the 12th grade was sooo perfect! Also the garlic, it was best! Thank you again to the chef and Renz!

We had the best experience of our trip to Tokyo thanks to Renz and his amazing recommendations. We ordered menus 7 and 12, and both were absolutely incredible. From the appetizers to the meat and the sake, everything was simply delicious and perfectly prepared. The attention to detail and the overall atmosphere made the evening even more special. We will definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting Tokyo, and if we come back, we will 100% return!

Bifuteki Kawamura Ginza delivered an outstanding dining experience from start to finish. My wife and a few friends and I visited recently, and everything — the service, ambiance, and food — was truly top-tier. The restaurant is located in a beautiful historic Ginza building, which adds an extra sense of occasion the moment you arrive. Inside, the space feels elegant yet comfortable, blending old-world charm with refined modern touches. It’s the kind of setting that instantly puts you in the right mood for a special meal. The staff were warm, attentive, and clearly proud of what they do, guiding us through the experience with just the right balance of professionalism and friendliness. And then there’s the Kobe beef — simply phenomenal. Perfectly cooked, beautifully marbled, and meltingly tender, it’s the kind of meal you savor slowly because every bite is that good. Watching it prepared at the teppan only adds to the experience. If you’re looking for an unforgettable Kobe beef dinner in Ginza — whether for a celebration or just because — Bifuteki Kawamura is absolutely worth it. We left happy, full, and already talking about coming back.

It was the greatest steak I’ve ever had. The staff were amazing. Especially Renz. He was amazing and extremely nice to us. He taught us about the menu and helped us order the perfect amount for our family. Overall great experience.
