Near Kachidoki Station. It's inside Tsukishima Daini Children's Park. The festival storehouse is glass-walled. Inside there are simple explanatory signs standing. About 4 of them. The Nigochi mikoshi is magnificent. It's bigger than a neighborhood mikoshi size. Worth a look. The decorations are amazing too. The unusual place name Nigochi apparently means the second reclaimed land in Tokyo Bay. It no longer survives as a current place name. It's a special mikoshi for me too — one I was allowed to carry for nearly 30 years in the hometown of a friend who lived beside Kachidoki Bridge.
