This is a Japanese burger for sure. What does that mean ? 1- the portions are on the smaller side. 2- bun is very taste yet very unusual. It’s very buttery and delicious. 3- fries are thick cut and and tasty but again not your usual fries Ok now the aioli sauce is good but a bit salty and one dimensional. it is a slightly overpowering the taste of the meat. Overall, better than average. Bit pricy $10 without drink

Great hidden gem. House made potato bun, great sauce on top, perfectly grilled burger and well paired toppings. The place is in the basement below a cafe, cool vibe and seems like a cool place later at night (they have a bar down there and a stage with presumably live music sometimes)

Super cool little hole in the wall style restaurant. The burgers are really tasty and well seasoned, the potato buns are home made and so soft, and the Cajun sauce is a must. The chef was also very friendly and helpful.

The burgers are delicious. Possibly the best buns I've had in Tokyo. Wish there were more fries, though, as the burgers themselves are a bit on the smaller side.

Got a Just-A-1, mind blown. I've had some good burgers recently, but this was incredible. The Aioli was enveloping but not overwhelming, bun was delicious and perfectly toasted, burger was skillfully cooked to the paradimical meduim-rare. I wish I had more stomachs so I could eat it 3 more times.
