Conveniently located a 4-minute walk from Tokyo Station's Yaesu Exit and a 2-minute walk from Nihombashi subway station. We purchase meat by the cut, focusing on carefully selected A5 Japanese Black wagyu from across the country. We do not insist on particular brands, so that we can serve only truly delicious meat. We favor buying by the cut because, compared with buying a whole animal and having to purchase both good and less desirable parts, it allows us to offer only high-quality cuts at good value.

We went twice in one trip. And can’t wait to return Izumino is a true hidden gem. They carefully source premium wagyu and the quality is exceptional. It shows in every single cut we ordered. Every piece grilled over charcoal. Even the sides were excellent. The beef bone soup, garlic fried rice, and salad were all amazing. The staff are warm and attentive. We felt looked after without ever feeling rushed. We will be back every time we’re in Tokyo, and would recommend this to all our friends without hesitation.

Excellent yakiniku experience. The quality of the meat was outstanding, beautifully marbled wagyu that was tender, flavorful, and melted in the mouth. Every cut was fresh and well-prepared, and grilling at the table was part of the fun. Service was attentive and efficient without being intrusive, and the staff were happy to explain different cuts and cooking tips. The atmosphere was clean, comfortable, and perfect for both a relaxed dinner and a special occasion. Portions were generous for the quality, and everything we ordered, from the beef to the sides, was consistently good. I would absolutely come back and highly recommend this place to anyone looking for high-quality yakiniku. Make sure to make a reservation in advance, because they get busy on the weekends!

Visited the restaurant twice during my trip to Japan! Once with my partner, and another with a couple to celebrate one of their birthdays. Chef looks strict but is actually very warm. We ordered the bamboo course and it’s so, so worth it - generous amount of salad, wagyu that melts in your mouth and broth that’s absolutely tasty (served with rice)!

We stumbled upon this small yakiniku spot with only 5 tables and were lucky to get the last one around 5:45pm without a reservation. The staff were incredibly friendly and spoke good English, which made the whole experience smooth and welcoming. The quality of the beef was top-notch - tender, flavourful, and beautifully marbled. We appreciated how the staff took the time to explain the recommended doneness for each cut, ensuring we enjoyed every bite. We had our 4mo baby with us, who got quite fussy near bedtime and started crying. Despite the small space, the staff were kind and accommodating, doing their best to help us feel comfortable without making us feel out of place. It’s truly a hidden gem - delicious food, warm hospitality, and a rare level of attentiveness. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a quality yakiniku experience in Japan!

We chose the Bamboo course and added ribeye + yam kimchi. The premium thick tongue was amazing here!! Today’s beef was from Tochigi area. We felt the other cuts were just okay. Thick tongue was the star.
