I ended up waiting about an hour, but it was completely worth it once the food arrived. At Imakatsu Ginza, the chicken cutlet really stood out for me — the coating had a perfect balance and the meat was surprisingly flavorful. My first bite was such a nice surprise that I immediately understood the hype. I’d happily go back.

If you order the chicken katsu, it’s really delicious—tender and juicy. The pork tenderloin is also soft and tasty, but without the brown sauce it can be a bit bland. As for the pork loin katsu, it was just okay and slightly chewy. If you visit, I’d definitely recommend the chicken, you won’t be disappointed. The pork is decent, but the chicken is the standout.

Chanced upon this shop after a failed attenpt at the popular udon place across the street. The chicken tonkatsu was thick, juicy, and tender, while the Piyo Piyo minced meat cutlet was an absolute delight. Would recommend for quality tokatsu meal

Line up is always long. Not worth the wait for the price. You get regular tasting Tonkatsu. You can get the same taste and quality in other restaurants in the area. It is very pricey, we paid 62,100 JPY for two people and had two drinks. I think its just overhyped.
