Excellent and authentic - pasta al dente, heated espresso cup and home-made bread with olive oil. Just like in Italy, with a wonderful vino selection. Great service and atmosphere!

It’s quite pleasant surprise to find this restaurant. Walked by the other day and found its reservation only. Hotel I stayed help to make and it’s straight forward. We order lunch manual and take pasta as main courses. Clam and urchin sauce which both are super delicious. Also we have 2 glasses of white wine and glass of red from daily recommendation. Each works beautifully with dishes we ordered. After main courses we also have desserts and coffee. Best part is we only pay 9900 yen and it’s unbelievable with the quality provided. We are coming back later this month and surely must come back to this restaurant.

This hidden gem in Ginza offers great tasty Italian dishes at an affordable price. Came for dinner and ate from the set menu which is a 4 course menu. Each course came promptly and was super tasty. I had a risotto as my main and also tried the pesto pasta. Courses included a salad, smoked salmon appetizer, cod in a wonderful sauce and a pound cake and ice-cream for dessert. This restaurant is in the basement of the building. Service was impeccable and friendly. The owner was super nice and welcomed us warmly. If you are looking for a cozy spot for your pasta craving, don’t miss Il Ponentino!

Amazing, authentic italian cuisine in the heart of Tokyo for an excellent price! I got the lunch deal with the pasta of the day. The salad was extremely flavourful and fresh. The bread was very well done, with a crispy crust and dense, flavourful yet soft interior. The pasta was cooked al dente and rich in flavour, staying true to italian flavours while adding their own distinct spin. Overall, extremely worth it for the price and high quality authentic italian cuisine!

From start to finish everything is well done. Risotto very tasty and even starter is good. Very good quality considered this lunch price, highly recommended.
