Their Unagi tasted towards the savory side then sweet! Fresh and juicy (the oil) 👍

Famous Eel restaurant on Ginza. I waited for about 1 hour to get in. I heard a famous Korean influencer introduced the restaurant, so many foreign visitor go there. I love there because the eel on the rice box is grilled without the process of steam, it is called “Kansai-style”. The flavor becomes more toasty. Not so many restaurants do this. There are 24 seats and cash only.

Crispy on the outside and moist inside. Fantastic unagi restaurant, none of that tourist trap. We were lucky to get in because of a last minute cancellation. All locals there so you know the food is authentic and good. Ideally to make reservation so you don’t have to wait an hour as they grilled the eel in front of you. Hence the wait for food. Very happy with my food and experience. Highly recommended.

Delicious, great taste. The service provided by the staff is good, despite there being a lot of customers all the time. However, there are only a few seats inside the restaurant, so there might be a wait for a table. The price is reasonable considering the quality and quantity.

Grilled Eel in this restaurant was very fresh, tender and delicious. I ordered a large size of Grilled Ell (4200 Yen) without a bowl of steamed rice and also a few chunk of tuna that costed 1800 Yen. Ordering any wasabi will be additional 200 Yen in general. Recommended!
