Great ramen. Their simmered pork belly was an absolute to die for. Don't understand why their rating is under 4. And they open from 11:00 to wee hours of 03:00.
View on GooglePretty okay, not as tasty and rich as I expected; but maybe my expectations were too high after reading the other rave reviews here. The amount of pork in the Spicy Hustle Ramen was very little. And I almost didn't notice any spiciness at all. Aside from that, the flavor of the broth itself was very mild. However, the service was good from a Vietnamese staff who speaks English.
View on GoogleWe checked into our hotel nearby and wanted a quick dinner after a long day of travelling. A nice local ramen eatery with a relaxing, casual charm. We did not have to wait and were quickly served and provided with an English menu. We enjoyed a bowl of ramen with extra egg and a side dish of gyoza and kimchi. Soup broth was very hot which is what we wanted. Spicy ramen was not too spicy, which suited me even though I like very spicy food.
View on GoogleLoved this local little ramen shop. Located just across the street from our hotel, Hamacho Hotel. It was open crazy hours (11am-3am) which it made it super convenient to eat. I think i ate here 4 times in the span of 10 days. The broth was amazing and flavorful. Not thick and creamy like a lot of westernized ramen shops. Reasonably priced and i would say cheap compared to western standards. 2 ramen, gyoza, 2 eggs, a beer and edamae will run you about 3000 yen. There is always a cold jar of water on the table and they do have a English menu available. There was the cutest little old man still hustling away every night. I wish I could speak Japanese cause I was really curious about the history and if it was a family business and such. It is a cash only shop so please be aware of that but there was always locals in the shop, which i took as a good sign. * Not super vegetarian friendly but that depends on how picky of a vegetarian you are. My partner isn't militant about being a vegetarian so he just gave me his char sui and we got him a couple extra eggs in his soup. Broth is primarily a pork stock. I will miss this place greatly. どうもありがとうございます Hustle Ramen ❤️
View on GoogleFind a restaurant for late night nearby the hotel and spot this fabulous place. As foreigners visiting Tokyo, trying local food is mandatory for a trip and this place truly satisfy me with local ambience and taste. 2 big noodles, 1 dumplings set, 2 large beer, 2 topping > only 34xx yen
