Homemade Ramen in Nihonbashi is the kind of place that keeps the focus where it should be—on the bowl of ramen. The atmosphere is simple and unpretentious, letting the quality of the food speak for itself. Even when it’s busy, everything runs smoothly, making it an easy place to stop for a satisfying meal. If you’re looking for ramen made with attention to detail rather than unnecessary gimmicks, this is definitely worth a visit. A solid bowl and a place I’d happily come back to the next time I’m in Nihonbashi.

This is the Nihonbashi COREDO (B1F) branch location of the famous Homemade Ramen Muginae. Unlike the main store, there is no lineup here, and no reservation required! The quality is superb. The soup, the noodles, the flavour, are all excellent. If you don't want to fight for a reservation, be sure to visit this location instead.

I had the chicken ramen and it was one of the best ramens I’ve had. The customer service was also really good. Even though the place was somewhat crowded I was offered the 4-seat table so I don’t have to wait for a single-seat table to open.

Ramen so nice I came here twice! But seriously; this is a little shop on the bottom floor of COREDO. The food was excellent and just what was needed after 1. A long flight to Japan and 2. After a long day of walking. Reasonably priced and just delicious overall.

We had the salt and soy sauce ramen today for lunch. Good texture of ramen and the broth is flavourful. We added extra charsiu, wontons and egg. All toppings are delicious.
