The eel here was absolutely delicious. My favorite was definitely the eel wrapped in omelette (i lowkey enjoyed omelette more than eel set menu). The salt grilled eel was delicious too but the set meal was the way to go. It came with a generous portion of rice and the whole meal was so satisfying. We left absolutely stuffed.
View on GoogleI had an unforgettable experience here. This Nagoya-based restaurant, famous for its hitsumabushi style unagi bowls, exceeded my expectations. The services were superb, the foods were delicious, and the vibe was cool with amazing view of Ginza. Thank you for giving my father and myself an amazing experience!
View on GoogleUnagi so good, I went back a second time. This is a spot not to be missed if you’re in Tokyo, one of the best meals i’ve ever had. Located on the 12th floor with a nice view. Didn’t have a reservation and got seated straight away both times.
View on GoogleThe tastiest Unagi I’ve eaten in Japan (or ever!) The staff was very friendly and welcoming, they perfectly explained the different ways how to eat the Hitsumabushi and service was quick and forthcoming. Before the set menu we ordered, we got a free, very tasty starter aswell. All the other guests were locals, which is always a good sign. We wouldn’t have guessed that one of our best meals on our Japan Trip was on the 12th floor of a shopping center.
View on GoogleDelicious, way better than I anticipated it to be. The eel is so light and tender yet crisp on the outside. There is guidance to portion your eel and rice into 4, eat it 3 different ways then for the last portion, eat it your favourite way. Step 1 - plain, as is Step 2 - with wasabi and spring (green) onions Step 3 - with a broth and seaweed Step 2 was definitely my favourite but I really enjoyed the others too. I was served a small sample starter of eel and pickled cucumbers with was light but very flavourful. (I ate some before the photo) Lemon sake on the rocks was delightful
