ひるがお 人形町店Hirugao Ningyocho
A shio ramen specialty restaurant a 2-minute walk from Exit A5 of 人形町 station. An elegant bowl with pronounced seafood flavor, blending the savoriness of natural Vietnamese sea salt into a luxurious soup starring scallops and shellfish adductor muscles. This full-bodied soup overturns the conventional impression that “shio ramen = light” and is the owner's proud creation, balancing seafood soup with niboshi and chicken-bone broth. The filling noodles are ひるがお's private blend, made with 100% domestic wheat including Hokkaido wheat “和華,” with a distinctive chew and wheat aroma. Inside are 13 counter seats and 2 tables for 2 people, and children's chairs are also available. #ラーメン #らーめん #塩ラーメン #…

If you're in the neighbourhood and you're looking for some noodles, then this is definitely a great choice of a ramen restaurant. There is an order vending machine inside, to the left of the entrance, and while they offer quite a few different options, I would recommend going with the usual top-left choice for your first time. The soup was great and the thin noodles were an interesting surprise, but in terms of taste, it was a great experience for me.
View on GoogleMy cousin and I arrived late at 8pm as we had just gotten into Tokyo. We were looking for ramen to eat and found this place. The server was super attentive and helpful. The ramen was good. I had the soyu ramen and it wasn’t too salty. They had a promotion going on where if you added them on Line you could receive 1 topping from a selection of 4 for free.
View on GoogleVery good ramen, specialy the saltiness soup tsukemen... We tried also the spicy creamy smooth chicken ramen, 100% recomended this place
View on GoogleA great place to feed a hungry family with teenagers. Staff didn’t speak a lot of English, but tried really hard to Cetus and with very quick to bring out the food once we ordered from the convenient picture menu.
