Food was okay, portion was massive, really tight space. Service from the male chef was absolutely abysmal. I may not be fully familiar with the rules of such ramen shops, but I know that I have to try to eat fast. As soon as I got my ticket from the vending machine, the male chef gave me multiple side eyes. When the food came, I realised there was no way I could have downed the whole bowl in 15 minutes. Fast forward to when I was halfway through my meal, I got told to return my half eaten bowl and leave. He gestured with his hands to return the bowl before shoo-ing me off. I continued to gobble down the noodles for a bit, before deciding to leave. I did not want to pretend the food was amazing, so I did not finish my meal. I left and saw just 1 man waiting for a seat, he must have been tired waiting for 30 seconds.

Mentally prepare yourself for a big bowl of noodles. The shop is small and cosy. I had their "specialty" ramen for 950 yen. I messed up ordering the vegetables so I ended up having just a mountain of beansprouts on top of the noodles. The soup base was okay, but perhaps I'm used to saltier soup. The noodles were great, and from what I understand, are made by the shop. Worth a try if you're hungry.

It was pretty good. Though I ate normal size "fusion" , I was satisfied. And It was little chilly but not too hot to eat.

First of all, the noodles are good. They have a dense, firm, chewy texture, with more presence the more you chew, making them very satisfying. In terms of genre, this is a fusion of 二郎-style and 中本-style ramen. It is interesting how the junk-food character and spicy deliciousness genuinely coexist. The vegetables are neither limp nor crunchy, but just right in between. They refresh your palate without upsetting the overall balance. Mix the thick sauce on top thoroughly, and the heat suddenly gets a boost. It feels about as spicy as 蒙古タンメン, but it is not merely intense—the umami is right there too. If you want even more of the 二郎 feel, the separately served fat is almost essential. The richness and junk-food character leap up, completing the feeling of “eating 二郎.” The overall execution is quite strong. This was definitely a bowl that makes me want to return.
