Cannot give anymore props to this chicken bbq spot. It’s not the normal yakitori. It’s and actual personal bbq grill with the absolute freshest selection of chicken parts. They even have different ages of chicken. Young and old. Both nice but would take the young chicken if I had to choose. This is a very local chicken bbq spot with a slightly harder concept to explain to foreigners. But they were so patient with us and made sure we had the best time. They also specialise in sake’s of all sorts. There is a chart in the menu to help you identify your sake preferences as well. Just let them know and the experience begins! Special shout out to the fried chicken skin, potato salad, young and old chicken thigh, salads(spring onion oil dressing), pickled cucumbers and cabbage and mixed chicken rice bowl. Absolutely astounding and one of the best eats I had in Japan.

For a group reservation. I finally went to Hayatoya, which I had wanted to visit for a long time ^_^ It was tastier than expected ^_^ This time I was in a group, but I will go again individually ^_^

Drinking in Ningyocho. My friend seemed to be watching a play at Meijiza, so we met up and went to this restaurant. Assorted 5 types of chicken yakiniku (small) ¥1,680, Assorted 5 types of chicken sashimi (small) ¥1,680, Hayato's potato salad ¥680, Steamed chicken flower wasabi ochazuke ¥680, beer, shochu, etc. The potato salad arrived first. I forgot to take a picture, but it's the type where the potatoes are whole and you crush and mix them yourself. There is a lot of mayonnaise, but it is surprisingly light and delicious. The chicken sashimi was small but had a lot of volume. It has a firm texture and a rich meat flavor, which is also delicious. The chicken yakiniku also has a lot of volume and is beautifully presented. Everything is delicious, but I especially like the bonjiri (chicken tail). I don't eat chicken yakiniku very often, but since we grill it ourselves and can eat it freshly grilled, the drinks go down well... Maybe it's better than yakitori. The ochazuke for the finish is also refreshing and feels good. This also has quite a lot of volume. There are table and tatami seats. There seems to be a second floor, so there seem to be quite a lot of seats. Both the interior and exterior are retro and have a good atmosphere. On a weekday at 7:30 PM, about 80% of the customers were there. Since it's a weekday, almost all the customers are office workers. This area is calm for drinking, so it was very good.

Anyway, the chicken is delicious! I recommend the shabu-suki! Very satisfied. You could say it never betrays expectations, or rather it exceeds them every time. Besides the food, the selection of sake is enough to make any sake lover happy. It's wonderful!! It's a restaurant with a high level of satisfaction that is hard to find.

This is a yakitori restaurant where you eat on an iron plate. Salad is the appetizer, and sashimi must be reserved in advance. The chicken is fresh, and it's fun to enjoy the texture and meat flavor of every part. Eating it with celery was also the best. It's a very popular and lively restaurant, so it's not suitable for business entertainment, but if you're with friends or company members, you'll likely have a great time. The chicken soup for the finish was also rich and delicious!
