HAMACHO DINING & BAR SESSiON
Our shop is the main dining room at HAMACHO HOTEL in Nihonbashi Hamacho. It is a place where the atmosphere of the downtown area intersects with the sophisticated food, music, and space managed by Blue Note Japan. The concept of the cuisine is "Franco-Japonais". We offer a dish that can only be tasted here, adding Japanese essence to French cuisine. The open interior of the store has comfortable natural light during the day, and a calm mood with dimmed lights at night. It is popular with hotel guests, as well as neighbors and domestic and international guests, and is full of life every day. We also have spacious sofa seats, so we recommend it for family use. Finding those perfect jazz-age vibes in the heart of Nihonbashi. 🎷✨ “Hamacho Dining & Bar Session” (part of the hotel) is the ultimate spot for anyone who loves high ceilings, warm wood tones, and a soundtrack curated for the soul. Whether you're here for the live music (check the schedule) or just a cocktail under those stunning pendant lights, the atmosphere is 10/10.
View on GoogleWe were so grateful to have this restaurant in the hotel. Our food was so fantastic the first night, that we came back for a second! The decor is elegant and modern, the music playlist was👌🏼, the service was wonderful, (so attentive and polite), and everything came quickly yet was beautifully made. Thank you to all the staff for making our trip to Tokyo that extra bit special ❤️
View on GoogleProbably the worst restaurant experience I’ve ever had. I only chose this place because it’s in my hotel and I wanted a quick meal—but it turned into a two-hour wait for just three dishes. The staff ignored me, and I sat with dirty plates for almost 30 minutes. Even when new dishes arrived, the old ones weren’t cleared. The food was mediocre and definitely not worth the price. After all that time, I felt more hungry than satisfied. Avoid this place it’s a waste of time, money, and mood.
View on GoogleWe ate dinner here as we stayed in the Hamacho Hotel above it. The prices seemed pricey but the food we received was worth the money. We ordered the pork and beef rib with the fried squid for appetiser. The policy is also that each diner must buy 1 drink with the meal. If you’re ok with that then everything is great. There are non alcoholic drinks to order.
View on GoogleStaff is inattentive. The waitress was refilling the water in the cups of the customers all around us but kept ignoring us until I flagged her down. I placed the cup at the end of the table to get her attention. Worse was the rice, it was hard and clumped together, as if it was left over rice. The best thing was the Basque cheesecake.. which I would say is the 2nd best Ive had in Japan, second to 6th Oriental Hotel in Yurakucho. But unfortunately it is rather small, and ruined by their decision to put blue cheese as the topping. It totally does not go with the flavor of the cheese cake. And a minor annoyance, is their decision to put a bowl of fish by the register. There were a ton of kids harassing the fish during the entire time we ate there.
