Glitch Coffee Roasters is the real deal. I’ve been to a lot of specialty coffee shops around the world, and this is genuinely one of the best coffee shops in the world. I had the cortado made with the Colombia Risaralda “Milan” beans, and it was outstanding. It had a great balance of sweetness and acidity, a really smooth, velvety texture, and was served at the perfect temperature. Nothing felt overdone—it was just an incredibly well-executed drink. It’s easily one of the best cortados I’ve had anywhere. I also had a pour-over, and it was excellent. It was clean, vibrant, and really showcased the character of the beans. The presentation was beautiful without feeling over the top, and you can tell they take pride in every cup they serve. What really sets Glitch apart is the overall experience. The staff were welcoming, knowledgeable, and happy to talk through the coffees without making it feel intimidating. Every detail, from the ceramics to the presentation, reflected the care that goes into what they do. If you’re in Tokyo and appreciate great coffee, this place is absolutely worth visiting. It’s worth every dollar and, in my opinion, one of the best coffee shops in the world. I’ll definitely be back the next time I’m in Tokyo.

Glitch….this was talked all the way from Phoenix, Az as one of the best coffee shops in the world. WOW, high standards!!! Well, I was on my way to Japan when I heard of glitch. I will say from the line outside to the tasting, it was worth it. Everyone I met was happy to be there. The service was exceptional and the coffee was even better. I did a tasting and bought beans. The most unique beans were from China, can’t get those one the US. I am so satisfied that I was able to visit when in Ginza.

Absolutely loved my experience at Glitch Coffee. The coffee was incredibly smooth, rich in flavor, and expertly brewed. You can really tell how much care and passion goes into every cup. The staff were friendly, knowledgeable, and happy to explain the different beans and brewing methods. The atmosphere was calm, modern, and perfect for enjoying a quality coffee at a relaxed pace. We waited about 15 minutes in line, and it was absolutely worth it. From the quality of the coffee to the excellent service, the entire experience exceeded expectations. If you're a coffee lover visiting Tokyo, this place is a must visit. One of the best coffee experiences I've had in Japan, and I'll definitely be back on my next trip. Highly recommended!

Lovely service! There was a person greeting at the front of the queue who was helpful in deciding what to order. There was a wide range of coffee bean flavours which were all very unique and all single origin. You have to order at least one drink per person and it is quite a small shop so we did have to wait in line. My dad had a drip filter coffee and thought it was very tasty, and as someone who doesn’t like coffee, I thought it tasted alright!

I managed to be one of the first few people in line, so the wait wasn't long at all. Their ordering system is incredibly organized. Before you even enter, a barista asks about your preferred coffee flavor profiles. Once a spot opens up inside, you're called in, and the first barista smoothly passes your preferences and their recommendations to the counter barista. From there, they guide you through the beans you might like and even let you smell them, which adds a wonderful touch to the experience. While the process might feel a bit intimidating for casual coffee drinkers who aren't familiar with flavor profiles, the baristas are highly knowledgeable and perfectly equipped to help you find your perfect cup!
