Trying Abura Soba for the first time in Japan (second time overall after the Melbourne branch), and it did not disappoint. The noodles were cooked perfectly — bouncy, not too chewy, and the thickness was just right. The bowl came with a variety of toppings, and while nothing individually stood out, everything worked well together. The experience was fun — watching everyone add their own oils, sauces, and onions to suit their taste. I followed the person next to me, and it worked perfectly! The layout of the restaurant is really cool, and the endless topping combinations make each bowl personal and creative. I went with a small, which was the perfect portion, though I could have easily gone for a large. Highly recommend if you’re curious to try soupless noodles in Japan — a fun, flavourful, and satisfying meal.

I work around Tokyo Station and I like to come here during my break. Usually it’s quite pleasant, but today the staff was not very kind. They didn’t greet me like usual and the chef was quite rude (felt they were annoyed because I am a foreigner). Also, my ramen wasn’t made until another person ordered, so I had to wait longer for my food (I felt as though I was not given the same service as the other customers around me). I felt as though the female chef was ignoring me on purpose. The tall man with dyed blonde hair also seemed very annoyed. Makes me a bit hesitant to go back here for my lunch break. Please be aware that not all foreigners are disruptive and make sure to treat everyone equally and respectfully no matter where they are from. The food is always delicious though! 😊

Amazing Carbonara style ramen, the consistency of all the ingredients mixed together is perfect. Loads of extra toppings to add and free iced teas.

Great place for a quick meal. Noodles have the perfect chewiness and the toppings are generous. This place also offers complimentary drinks - 2 types tea, infused water. If you’d like more flavors, help yourself to the numerous condiments available to you and enjoy the tastes per your liking.

Great dry ramen noodles. Adding the sauces you want and also add some miso soup towards the end to taste soup. Went around 5.15pm and no queue.
