This restaurant is tucked away in an alley so use other reviews to guide you. Upon entering, the chef and servers were welcoming and friendly to us foreigners. The chef even took the time to explain the Japanese only menu to us. We both ordered the tonkatsu and were amazed with how delicious it was! An affordable and nice change of pace in the middle of Ginza.
View on GoogleMy groups of four people were waiting to eat here outside for 20 minutes after checking in with the hostess. As other diners came in, she waved them in and left us outside waiting. We waited a few more minutes, then looked inside and there were seats open, but she still did not return to offer us a seat. After the fifth person she let in, we left. Not sure if this was the case, but I’m not sure if this place serves foreigners.
View on GoogleCame across this place on TV and decided to try it out on the first day of the new Reiwa reign that started on May 1, 2019. I was in the Ginza area for shopping and decided to try this place out before heading home. I saw that they had some limited lunch specials (as in they only sell 10-15 of that dish for the day kind of limited) so I decided to go with their mix teishoku, which had fried shrimp, fish, and pork cutlets. It was good but... the portions were smaller than I expected. I've been to other Tonkatsu places that were just as good but with generous portions for the same price point. Not sure if I'll be back but wasn't completely dissatisfied with the joint...
View on GoogleWe came here on our last day staying in Ginza. We really wanted some tonkatsu before leaving. The tonkatsu here was amazing. The owners were so lovely and welcoming. We both had the pork tonkatsu, and it was absolutely delicious.
View on GoogleSolid tonkatsu option in the Ginza region. Prices were very cheap and prices were more than fair. It specializes in fish so the guest might not be able to find pork tonkatsu here.
