You get what you pay for. Lower price for lower quality cuts. Their o-toro is chewier than a proper restaurant's chu-toro. Definitely cheap though, especially considering location. The nigiri temperature is on the colder side, fish could potentially be softer if they warmed it up a bit more, but I assume it's the cut due to the price. We just came from a nearby sushi restaurant and wanted more so we had good vs cheap to compare. 500 for 2 pc of chutoro 600 for 2 pc of otoro

The tuna here is so fresh it melts in your mouth. Absolute gem. 1000 yen for 3 types of tuna sushi
