Quite busy on a Sunday afternoon in a non commercial area! Craft beer was excellent. Pizza slices great, they get rewarmed in the oven so deliciously hot and cheesy. The tacos were quite average, a bit mushy and all tasted similar. No spice in the salsa and a wave of jalapeño across the so called spicy sauce. We tried another combo just in case but more of the same, quite disappointing. Donuts! Good flavors but a tad stale, definitely not fresh stock. Go for the beer and pizza!
View on GoogleThe food isn't awesome or mindblowing, but sometimes it doesn't need to be. I tried small disses from both the mexican booth and the Italien stand, out of the two the best one in my opinion is definitely the Italien option- the pizza slice I got was very tasty and the garlic knot bread even better👍 It is a very casual and relaxed place, where It seems like many locals meet- which is always cool to experience as a kanjii😉
View on GoogleI love the beef taco rice from Kitade Tacos, its my go-to order whenever coming to Commissary. And the pizza place next to Kitade is also really good. I was skeptical at first coming from ny but the crust is delicious and I actually eat the entire crust every time!! The quesadillas from Kitade though are more like tacos or even birria tacos without the consome (you’ll see in the photos) Overall I love commissary, its a cute vibe, and they always play good music 🎵
View on GoogleA cool spot to get a variety of eats depending on your craving. There’s tacos, donuts, pizza, coffee, and beer. I went for the pizza, as it’s another location for Pizza Slice. It just never disappoints and the pepperoni and cheese are great. The garlic knots are worth a try too. Service was fast and friendly. An array of seating, all in a shared space. A bit of an industrial setting vibe, akin to similar co-ops in the US.
View on GoogleVery cool spot for different types of food (doughnuts, pizza and tacos) as well as craft drinks (beer, cocktails, non-alcohol). The place is set up so that you can pick and choose which place you want to eat at. Casual dining and environment. Highly recommended to hangout with friends or colleagues.
