Finally I found some real good coffee in Japan! I enjoyed every second of this Colombian coffee made with so much passion by Kaoru-san. Success for the future! Arigatō

A clean, peaceful café that opened next to the Japanese soba restaurant 布恒更科 in Tsukiji. It is hard to tell from the street that it is a café, but inside the bright, clean space, the female owner's sense of style seems to shine everywhere, from the interior and menu selection to the tableware. The glass initially contained warm water rather than cold water. This is the first place where I have received service with such gentle thoughtfulness. And the beautiful tableware would brighten any woman's heart. The sweets include chiffon cake, gâteau au chocolat, coffee jelly, roll cake, and an butter toast. They seem to have small bottles of beer too.

Visited during the daytime on a weekday Apparently it is run by one person I was able to sit down right away, but was left for a bit with the previous customer's leftovers still there Because a group had come in, a cute young woman apologized, “I'm sorry for the delay” ← Forgiven!! (Who do I think I am?) A café with cute little details I ordered coffee jelly and chiffon cake I was able to relax

About 2 minutes on foot from Exit 2 of Tsukiji Station. A café one street in from Harumi-dori. I visited around 16:00 on a day off. It seems to stay open into the evening. At the front as you enter, there are tables for 2 lined up, with just one table for 4. There are counter seats at the back. A regular was talking with the owner at the counter. I was shown to a table near the front. You look at the menu and order at your seat. They have chiffon cake, roll cake, gâteau au chocolat, ice cream, toast, and more, and everything looks delicious. I had an butter toast and hot coffee. Apparently the toast uses bread from the famous bakery パンのペリカン. It is crispy on the outside and fluffy and chewy inside, and very delicious. It is topped with homemade anko and butter. The anko is lightly sweet and fluffy, and there is not too much butter, so it does not feel heavy to eat. Though the bread is so good that it may be influencing my overall impression. The other sweets look delicious too, so I would like to try them when I visit again.

I visited in the cold. The first thing that touched me was that the water was not cold, but warm water at a gentle temperature! Carefully brewed tea (マルコポーロ) and fluffy homemade chiffon cake… I would definitely love to come again. Apparently they also have rooibos tea, so I recommend it for people who do not do well with caffeine too.
