This sleek, modern cafe features a fascinating concept proudly displayed on the wall: “How much CAFFEINE would you like?” The standout feature here is that you can completely customize the caffeine level of your hand-drip coffee. As a massive caffeine lover, I opted for the regular level this time, which was served in a clean white cup with their signature “-C” logo sticker. The hand drip itself was excellent, smooth, aromatic, and perfectly brewed with a nice bitterness. What I love most about this concept is the sheer flexibility it offers. While I went full-caffeine today, it is incredibly convenient to have the option to choose a lower caffeine level or decaf😍

View on GoogleVery cute and quiet coffee shop tucked in the bottom of the Nippon Steel Office Building. The baristas were very friendly. We enjoyed the customization option for the coffee regarding caffeine levels. There’s not a lot of seating inside but it was quiet around noon when we went! Would come back for the delicious coffee and friendly service :)
