Quiet Atmosphere & Unique Coffee Selection ☕ We stopped by Café Bechet on a hot summer day looking for a refreshing break. Upon entering, we were asked to keep quiet, which gave the space a very tranquil, almost library-like atmosphere. At the time, there was only one other customer, so it felt quite peaceful but also a bit intense. The coffee selection is unique and interesting, clearly curated with care—definitely a spot for coffee aficionados. However, due to the heat, we wanted iced coffee, and unfortunately, there weren’t many options for cold drinks. Despite the limited choices for iced coffee, we enjoyed the one we got, and appreciated the quality. A lovely spot if you’re looking for a serious, quiet coffee experience, but maybe not the most casual place to chat or relax loudly. Would love to return in cooler weather to explore their full hot coffee menu! 🧊☕
View on GoogleI dream of coming back here. The meticulous care taken when brewing the coffee was mesmerizing. We were surprised when the staff first informed us of the “keep your voice down” policy but were genuinely amused at how calming it was! You get to enjoy every sip from their beautiful ceramic cups. I definitely recommend their coffee beans to take home as a souvenir.
View on Googlecoffee is great, but they have strictly policy about sound and noise. Also the space needs better air circulation
View on GoogleNice peaceful place to escape the city noise. Good place for a walking break. Not a place for lunch given no meals served here. The china plates and cups are a nice touch
View on GoogleAmazing chocolate cake and brew, but quite expensive. Note that they accept cash only. The staff emphasized to us we have to be quiet before letting us enter the cafe, and it does not welcome party of more than 4 ppl.
