A cafe near-ish Kanda Station with French toast 😗 I've passed by a few times but was either too busy to stop in or it was closed (be sure to check their monthly schedule). The cafe has a counter in the front, but there's a lot more seating in the back. 880 apple cinnamon French toast 550 iced coffee ☕️ (no drink set for the dessert menu) *One drink required Self-service water available. I saw some pics on Google Maps and based on the price, I didn't expect big portions. The French toast is a baguette type, served with apple slices and cream on the side. It's soft but crunchy on the outside. Not really sweet, so the sides level up the dish and even the sides aren't overly sweet 😁 Overall, pretty delish 🤤 They mention they use Beaver Bread (a bakery close by). My only issue is the quantity. It's not a lot, and definitely not enough to get full, especially with the required drink, totaling 1,430 yen. Older Google Maps pics showed two slices, so maybe the portion has been reduced. They should raise the price a bit and give two slices of bread. To be fair, it seems this is only meant to be an add-on to their main lunch set 😗 It was good to try once ✌️
View on GoogleSuch a cozy cafe with such friendly people! They were able to seat us quickly and have a coat rack with a heater to dry them off since it was pouring rain today. Their caramel latte was amazing!! Best I’ve had in my entire life. The bacon & egg sandwich and salmon & charcuterie sandwich were so good 😍 it’s quiet and away from all of the tourists. definitely recommend!!
View on GoogleI found out about Bouquet while visiting one of my fav bakeries, Beaver Bread! This is their dine in concept I believe. Finally had chance to try few days ago while in Tokyo! BOY OH BOY! The Ham and egg sandwich was divine! So good and it has to be best I have had. Just up my alley! Every component. The mustard, the ketchup, the bread of course. And the ham! Nicely seasoned and so balanced. Also! Packed their melon shortcake to go before they closed for the day! Very very delicate and beautifully made. What an enjoyable dessert! Also! The crew is so lovely!
View on GoogleVisited Bouquet in Higashinihonbashi and had a wonderful experience. The cafe has a lovely, welcoming atmosphere. I ordered an Iced Americano and a slice of toast. The espresso in the Iced Americano was smooth and refreshing—perfect for the day—and the toast was beautifully done with a great texture. Simple, high-quality, and delicious. Highly recommend stopping by if you are in the Chuo area!
View on GoogleCute cafe with friendly staff. They were patient and attentive. The vibe of the cafe was cozy and on the quieter side, where you could still have a clear conversation. I ordered a matcha latte and a croque monsieur (sorry, no photos attached). The matcha latte was delicious and comforting. (Nice to have proper matcha). The croque monsieur was simple and nice, with soft toast, but I was a little surprised by the mushroom terrine. The mushroom looked slightly raw (not sure if that was the intent), but once you take a bite, there’s a pleasant surprise from the terrine layered between the mushroom and toast that adds depth and flavour. The food here is quite simple but tasty, just a bit on the exxy side — pretty typical for cafe food though.
