Last Friday, I had breakfast at Bills Ginza, and it was a wonderful experience. The signature ricotta pancakes were absolutely delicious—a definite must-try! I was planning to have a savory breakfast as well as try the famous pancakes, but I wasn’t sure if I could finish a full portion. When the waitress noticed me looking puzzled while reading the menu, she came over to help. After learning that I wanted to try both, she kindly suggested ordering just one pancake instead of the full serving. Her thoughtful recommendation and genuine kindness made all the difference. Thanks to her, I got to enjoy the best of both worlds without wasting food, and it was the perfect start to my day. Thank you for such warm and sincere hospitality!
View on GoogleCame here for lunch seeking pancakes as we did not want to queue for hours in other places. After a short wait, maybe 10 minutes, we're seated. The restaurant is open plan and has windows overlooking Ginza. Quite a fancy restaurant (maybe slightly too fancy for me). The menu has many options, sweet and savoury. Seems to be catered towards a more healthy style. Coffee was the best I have had in Tokyo so far. Our food came fairly quickly and was delicious.
View on GoogleBills is a once in a lifetime spot in Ginza! My friend recommended it after seeing it on TikTok and it did not disappoint. First off the staff was friendly in hospitable. I did not have a reservation and they let me sit at the bar by myself, which is great because there was no weight. I got the piccolo latte and an espresso shot to start. Then I got the pancakes, which were incredible. All of the ingredients were fresh and tasty. I love this place. I will definitely be back sometime soon.
View on GoogleMy partner and I had an exceptional experience at bills Ginza. From the moment we arrived, the level of customer service was truly outstanding, every staff member delivered a warm, attentive, and professional experience that made us feel genuinely welcomed. The quality of the food was excellent, with every dish thoughtfully prepared and full of flavor. The coffee was just as impressive, rich, smooth, and perfectly crafted. Combined with the beautiful atmosphere and well, designed space, everything came together to create a truly memorable dining experience. We were absolutely thrilled with our visit and will confidently recommend this stunning restaurant to anyone who values high quality food and exceptional customer service. We’ll definitely be returning! 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟
View on GoogleI’ve been to this restaurant three times for morning, lunch, and dinner. The menu changes depending on the time of day! The food is decent and feels quite healthy. It is a bit pricey, but the atmosphere and vibe are amazing, and the restrooms are very clean. The staff are also very friendly and helpful. I highly recommend calling ahead to book, as the morning slot fills up super fast. If you don't mind the price, it's definitely worth a visit!
