A community bar run by daily rotating staff (whose day jobs are office workers, business owners, and so on). A place where some kind of new connection is made every day, whether it's business, hobbies, or ties with locals. It's easy to drop in even on your own, so come hang out♪

Bar tender Emika was really nice and helpful. We are Australian and she helped us to make conversation with locals. We had fun!

On a Friday in Yaesu, I dropped by Furapen, the much-talked-about place that connects people. A clean, comfortable space with plenty of drinks. From a wide range of low-alcohol cocktails to carefully selected wines, everyone can get happily tipsy in their own way. We ended up getting carried away with tipsy rambling among the friends at our table, but this place has connectors from all kinds of industries and professions taking turns as staff, so next time I'd like to try a bar-style "nice to meet you" at the counter. You pay in a charming honor-system style, sticking the sticker attached to each drink onto a sheet of paper. Bringing in food is OK, so we picked up some treats from the nearby Gindaco and had a fun time.

A bar where the staff changes every day. The staff are called connectors, and apparently their role is to connect customers with each other. It was a place with a really interesting concept! The connectors are all unique and fun, so I think it's fun whenever you go! I'll be back!

It was a bar with a stylish atmosphere. There was no food menu, so I think it's more of a place to go for drinks. The staff seem to change every day, and the concept seems to be that you can experience a different atmosphere even in the same place, so you never get bored no matter how many times you come.
