The Monet exhibition was amazing! There is a large collection of paintings to see, however, the sheer amount of people in the museum made it difficult to actually enjoy the artwork. You’re basically dodging around heads and bodies for the entire exhibit. Furthermore, there are paintings that you’re prohibited from taking photos of, but they’re scattered in between pieces where photography is allowed. It’s indicated on the tiny placard beside the painting, which was incredibly hard to spot due to the amount of people in the museum. A lot of attendees ended up taking photos of paintings they weren’t supposed to because it was so difficult to tell. Overall, was still happy to catch this exhibit while it was available. Buy your tickets in advance of going to the museum because they can sell out! I went on a Wed during the 11am time slot

I got the ticket for the Monet exhibition today thank you so much for the staffs there who’s helping me with it. The museum is hosting many interesting exhibitions and events, and it was quite crowded. It’s impressive to see how strong the art scene is here in Japan. The energy around the exhibitions was truly stunning, and it’s wonderful to see so many people engaging with art. I was so impressed by the exhibition itself as well as by the professionalism of the staff. Everyone working there was organized, attentive, and welcoming. I have visited many museums in different places, and this is definitely one of the museums you should not miss. Highly recommended.

i'm thrilled to see the Claude Monet exhibition! although some paintings i have already seen in their original museum, this time definitely is one of the most focused and biggest number of his art pieces putting together! i bought admission ticket through online and it's easy to get in by QR code. the instruction from the staff was clear and the pathway well defined. indeed a lot of people since i came on weekend. but worth the time to spend in here. this post is only carrying a limited number of photos and for others i'll simply upload to the place.

In May 2024, I visited the Artizon Museum in Tokyo, and it was such a peaceful and inspiring experience. The museum isn’t huge, but it's beautifully curated with a wonderful mix of classic and modern art. Every gallery felt thoughtfully arranged, making it easy to explore and enjoy each piece at your own pace. I especially appreciated the calm, quiet atmosphere, it gave me time to truly connect with the artwork. The building itself is modern and elegant, with wide spaces, clean lines, and lots of natural light, which made the visit feel even more special. The staff were friendly and professional, and there were helpful descriptions in English too, which made the experience smooth and enjoyable. If you're in Tokyo and love art or just want to escape the busy city for a few hours, I highly recommend the Artizon Museum. It’s a beautiful place to slow down and get inspired.

Came here to find out that they are having Monet Exhibition and I immediately booked from their website for a ticket for the next day since it’s cheaper. Also these temporary exhibitions are usually hard to get on-site, especially artists that are well loved in Japan like Monet. The exhibit was amazing, they do provide writings and audio tour in English which helps contextualise thr flow of exhibit. It does get crowded but its expected since its Monet… Theres a museum cafe and store as well!
