This is exactly what you call a hidden gem known only to those in the know. It was my first time visiting, but every dish has a high level of perfection, and you can tell that each item is “made with care.” The balance of flavors is outstanding, and there was a sense of security that whatever you order will be good. The interior has a calm atmosphere, and the comfort is a charm. The spacing between seats is just right, allowing you to enjoy your meal at a leisurely pace. The staff's service is gentle, and the well-balanced distance in their service is pleasant. The menu is wide-ranging, with high-quality Japanese food at the center. The flavor of the ingredients is well-utilized, leaving a strong sense of satisfaction that you “came to eat good food.” I understand why people want to repeat. The location is also good, and I would definitely recommend this shop to anyone looking for a place to eat nearby. It is suitable for times when you want to enjoy a meal quietly or for a meal with a loved one. Overall, I realized that the reviews saying “all the food is delicious” were true. This is a hidden gem that I want people who are particular about food to visit.
View on GoogleYou can have very delicious Japanese food. Everything you eat is truly delicious! And the owner and his wife are wonderful people. It's easy to enter even for a woman alone♪
View on GoogleIt's a small Japanese-style restaurant in Ginza run by a married couple, and the food is very delicious!
View on GoogleIt's not cheap, but you can enjoy delicious food worth the price. The age group is high, and there are many regular customers. I went in without an introduction, but I wasn't treated differently from the regulars, and I spent a comfortable time. The food, starting from the otoshi (appetizer), is high-level, and delicious items prepared very carefully are served. The sashimi platter was also delicious, piece by piece. As for alcohol, the sudachi shochu is very delicious. It's a drink served in a bowl-sized container filled with crushed ice, poured with barley shochu, and luxuriously filled with sudachi. Recommended for drinkers. However, since it's a strong drink, be careful not to drink too much.
View on GoogleVery delicious and the price is reasonable. A hideaway in Ginza. The sudachi shochu is too easy to drink and makes you get wasted. Not a place for lunch, but a place you want to visit slowly at night.
