I've been visiting this restaurant occasionally for several years. I think it offers the best value around here. I especially recommend 特選和牛切り落とし. Don't be fooled by the name. These are very high-quality, marbled pieces of meat, labeled 'offcuts' simply because their shapes are slightly irregular lol They also serve 3 dipping sauces in small dishes, and I personally love the sesame sauce. If they sold it by the bottle, I'd take some home. Reservations aren't accepted on Saturdays and Sundays, so unless you arrive right after opening, a wait of over １ hour is inevitable. But they'll call your mobile, so you can spend the time outside. There's a gacha shop diagonally opposite, and MUJI and UNIQLO a short walk away, so you should have no trouble passing the time.

The stone-bowl bibimbap had an exquisite balance of fragrant crispy rice and toppings On the other hand, the seasonal lotus root namul tasted a little indistinct, and personally left a somewhat underwhelming impression. 【Time・party size・crowding】 Visited on Saturday night as a party of 3. It was full and we waited about 20 minutes, but our child seemed happy playing in the atmospheric waiting area. Inside was lively with a wide range of ages, including families with children and adult groups. On leaving, each person received 1 traditional snack to take home A small, delightful service that brings smiles to adults and children alike! Overall, both the meat and sides were very satisfying, a yakiniku restaurant that shows why locals have loved it for so long
