A hidden gem outside of central Tokyo. The carbonara is a must try. It's very rich in flavour and the noodles are cooked just right. Come with an appetite as the portion size is very fair. The best part is the atmosphere, however. Ornate, but dated. Reminded me of how I felt growing up in Europe. Very much recommend, even when just on vacation.

The pasta here is phenomenal! Everything tastes so fresh and flavorful! The bread that comes with the pasta is simply divine! If you miss hearty bread with actual flavor, you'll really love it. In addition to the tasty food, the atmosphere is really quaint, and the shop will keep you busy while you wait in line (you'll likely have to, as there were 2 parties ahead of me when I arrived at 2 PM on a Sunday).

Great place to stay, it’s near 柴崎 station, you eat good food here and look around. Full of artwork here, ex:books,coffee,post card,earrings,stickers,printed fabrics....... it a good place to spend all afternoon,talking with friends, buy something special for self.

Maybe we caught them on an off day, but unfortunately the pasta was entirely undercooked and the beef stew was very salty.. thankfully the cheese cake was nice and service/atmosphere are great.
